Manila, Philippines — July 31, 2025. The Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines (La Cámara) recently met with officials from San Carlos City, Negros Occidental in Manila to explore strategic collaborations and support the city’s urban, business, and tourism development initiatives.

They also presented the city’s growing portfolio of investment-ready projects spanning agriculture, tourism, infrastructure, and other emerging sectors, offering attendees a clear view of the opportunities available for future collaboration.
